Doomed Gallery submission call: Polaroid Photography has been an interest to the alternative since it hit the photography world in the 1948 with one simple quote ”Why can’t I see them now?”. Used in all walks of life, from police reports to Fashion to porn and with the rise of the snapshot culture, Polaroid has been something we have loved and treasured for many years and for 3 days this September, Doomed wants to celebrate everything polaroid.
We are inviting polaroid photographers and collectors to submit to the DOOMED POLAROID SHOW on the 12/13/14 of September,
All submission must be sent by email, scanned at 21cm Longest edge at 300 dpi. Please email your submission to email@example.com
There is no theme. Submit anything and everything.

2 great exhibitions open this week @doomedgallery. Come hang out tonight and the opening of Scott Caruth’s exhibition “MOLATHAM” and then join on on Thursday for the opening of a group exhibition by the notion of the poetic collective.
Tonight Ditto Press and Fourteen Nineteen, two of our favourite photobook publishers are coming down to talk about their setup, how they operate and how the go about creating books! They will be joined by Harry Mitchell who published Someone Loves Someone Else with Fourteen Nineteen and Stuart Griffiths to discuss his work with Ditto on pubishing Pig’s Disco.
